Educating Males on Their Impact

Working in early childhood for the past 12 years, I’ve seen some major gains in the presence of males being involved, regardless of the circumstances. What I see as the challenge moving forward is the promotion of the male impact on children. We have to consistently do more in regards to promoting strategies and male friendly approaches, so that males see what their impact is on their children.
